Participants under the age of 18 may only register for programs through a parent or legal guardian. By registering a minor participant, the parent or guardian represents that they have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of the participant.
Program Registration
Registration for camps, clinics, leagues, tournaments, training sessions, and other activities is subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Accept or decline any registration.
- Modify program schedules, locations, instructors, or formats.
- Cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment, weather, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Fees and Payment
All registration fees must be paid in accordance with the payment terms provided during registration.
By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for the selected program or service.
Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of registration or suspension from participation.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event or program:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
- Registration fees may be subject to administrative processing fees.
- No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, voluntary withdrawal, or dismissal from a program.
- Refunds may be issued at the Company's sole discretion for medical reasons when supported by appropriate documentation.
The Company reserves the right to cancel programs and provide a full or partial refund when appropriate.
Participant Conduct
Participants, parents, guardians, coaches, and spectators are expected to demonstrate respectful and sportsmanlike behavior at all times.
The following may result in suspension or removal without refund:
- Harassment, bullying, or discrimination
- Threatening or abusive language
- Unsafe conduct
- Damage to facilities or property
- Violation of program rules
The Company reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior is deemed detrimental to the safety or experience of others.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in sports, training, camps, clinics, leagues, and athletic activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Falls and collisions
- Physical exertion
- Equipment-related injuries
- Serious injury, illness, permanent disability, or death
By participating, participants and their parents or guardians acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks.
Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency, the parent or guardian authorizes the Company, its staff, coaches, and representatives to seek emergency medical treatment for the participant when the parent or guardian cannot be reached.
The parent or guardian accepts responsibility for any resulting medical expenses.
Waiver and Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants and their parents or guardians release, waive, and discharge the Company, its owners, directors, employees, coaches, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, and facility providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of participation in Company activities, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Photography and Media Release
The Company may photograph, record, or film participants during programs, practices, competitions, camps, clinics, and events.
By registering for a program, parents or guardians grant permission for the Company to use photographs, videos, recordings, and likenesses of participants for educational, promotional, marketing, social media, and advertising purposes without compensation, unless a written opt-out request is submitted prior to participation.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to:
- Logos
- Graphics
- Videos
- Training materials
- Program content
- Text and images
is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
