Building players. Shaping people.

About us

Team12Sports was founded in 2012 by Scott Cornelius, who set out to merge his lifelong passion for basketball, leadership, and youth development into a program that empowers athletes both on and off the court. What began as a vision to teach the fundamentals of the game has grown into a movement focused on building confidence, discipline, and character through sport.

We are t12 sports

Where character meets competition.

At Team12Sports, we believe that basketball is more than a game — it’s a classroom for life. The lessons learned through teamwork, competition, and perseverance extend far beyond the hardwood. Every drill, every practice, and every challenge helps shape young athletes into stronger individuals, ready to face life with resilience, humility, and professionalism.

Great coaching is about more than improving a jump shot — it’s about seeing potential before it fully appears. Our coaches are dedicated to creating an environment that challenges and supports every player, helping them grow into the best versions of themselves. Because when the foundation is strong, the growth never stops.
