Peninsula Gold strives to be a “both and” program. One that is both competitive minded and development focused.
Here are just a few things that set us apart:
- High Level Coaching Staff: 7 of our coaches have years of high school coaching experience and 8 coaches have played at the collegiate level
- Our middle school program participates in the “invite only” West Coast Elite NXT UP circuit
- Skill training options throughout the season and make up opportunities for missed practices
- International cultural/sports trip available to players in the summer after their 6th or 7th grade season

We are excited for our spring season! As we gear up for tryouts, we’ve spent a lot of time thinking about the qualities we want to foster in our players. Our goal this season is to help our athletes develop their character as a teammate, grow their competitiveness as a player and do it in a fun, encouraging way that fits our culture.
So when building our teams this spring, we keep these attributes at the forefront:
CHARACTER – Who you are as a teammate, how you respond when things don’t go your way, being humble and hungry
COMPETITIVENESS – Displays perseverance and passion to be the best

BOYS Tryout:

6th Grade: 11:15am – 12:15pm
4th/5th Grade: 12:30pm – 1:30pm
2nd/3rd Grade: 1:45pm – 2:45pm
GIRLS Tryout:

We are committed to player development in a competitive environment fueled by positive coaching. Our program has 3 seasons…fall, spring and summer. Try outs/evaluations are held in mid-August for our fall season and early March for our spring season.
We believe in kids playing multiple sports and are flexible to allow kids the opportunity to excel in different sports.
